This Privacy Policy explains how Tropical Nomads (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our websites (including tropical-nomads.com) and our festival timetable app TN Timetables / Rave Timetables (the “App”), available on the web and as a mobile application.
1. Who we are

2. What this App and site do
The App shows festival timetables, stage filters, favorites, and related event information. The website promotes Tropical Nomads events and partners. You can use the App without creating an account.
3. Information we collect
- Local device data: preferences such as selected festival, favorites, filters, language, and install-help dismissal flags may be stored on your device (for example in browser local storage or app storage) so the App works offline and remembers your choices.
- Usage analytics: we may collect anonymous or pseudonymous product analytics (for example screen views, festival selections, and button taps) using PostHog to understand how the App is used and improve it. This may include a generated device identifier, approximate technical details (such as app version or browser type), and event metadata. We do not use analytics to sell personal profiles.
- Technical logs: standard hosting/CDN logs may include IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for security and reliability.
- Information you share voluntarily: if you contact us on social media or email, we receive whatever you choose to send.
We do not require login, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as payment card data, precise GPS location for tracking, contacts, or health data through the App.

Device-stored preferences remain until you clear app/browser storage or uninstall the App. Analytics and logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or aggregated.
